Job Overview:

As a Heavy Equipment Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, focusing on heavy equipment products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in heavy equipment, combined with excellent sales and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for heavy equipment products.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  3. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our heavy equipment product line and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
  4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a thorough understanding of their equipment needs.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  6. Quotation and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and comprehensive sales quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales.
  3. Strong technical background in heavy equipment, with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
