ALKHONAINI GEN. TRAD. & CONT. CO.  is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secretary to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in secretarial roles, with a strong proficiency in English. Kuwaiti nationality is preferred.


  1. Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior executives and other team members.
  2. Manage and organize office tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  4. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  7. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  8. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office operations.


  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a secretarial role.
  2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  7. Kuwaiti nationality is preferred.
